Yes, the registration is free of charge, you do not have to pay anything for it in any way.
Can I register from any spot in the world?
Due to legislative requirements of different jurisdictions, only the countries listed in the drop-down menu are available for registration at this moment. If your country is not present, please let us know which country you are trying to register from and follow our Blog and/or our channels in Telegram or Discord for news regarding adding more countries. You can also check back from time to time to see if your country was added.
Should I pass the verification process?
Financial instruments are regulated and cannot be purchased or held anonymously. Therefore, providing your valid personal data is an obligatory requirement.

Yes, we are fully compliant with the GDPR regulations.
Is it safe to use?
We apply enterprise-grade measures to keep your personal data safe. The KYC information is not stored on the blockchain, where it would be visible to anyone. Instead, it is stored according to the GDPR rules and in accordance with the best practices of keeping personal data. Alternately to a single server, the data is stored on servers in your country of origin to ensure more excellent protection by your government. Furthermore, we utilize the sharding technique to further protect your data from a failure or compromise of a single server.
Please remember:
Neither of our products stores private keys, so there is no chance of losing your tokens even if someone gains access to your Dashboard account. The key is being held on the active session unless the page is refreshed. The same approach is used by the most popular wallets, like MEW, MyEthWallet.
Please note that in order to sign in to your Dashboard, you will be sent a single-use authentication confirmation code to your registered email address. You can also set up a 2FA (two-factor authentication) for more security.
