There are two options to restore the password depending on whether or not you have 2FA enabled.

You have 2FA enabled

  1. Click Forgot password? on the DSD login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Enter the 2FA code in the next field.
  4. Check for confirmation code in your Inbox and enter it to the relevant field and the 2FA code below.
  5. Set your new password.

You do not have 2FA enabled.

My MetaMask would not allow me to access the website, and I cannot buy tokens

There are a few options that we can suggest from our end:

  1. Update or re-install your MetaMask app
  2. Re-connect the MetaMask to the website manually
  3. Make sure you do not have several crypto wallet add-ons installed as MetaMask might not working in this case, this is their bug.
  4. Contact MetaMask HelpDesk for further help.
