Stobox Digital Securities Dashboard is a comprehensive solution to streamline all operations with tokenized securities. Reach investors globally, enable trading of your shares, and tap into new powerful sources of capital.
What is Stobox DS Dashboard
Stobox Digital Securities Dashboard is a blockchain-based infrastructure that allows businesses to issue their own security tokens. It provides companies with financial instruments to sell their security tokens, manage investor relations, and facilitate secondary securities exchange. At the same time, Stobox DS Dashboard allows Investors to buy securities in a hassle-free manner.
What functionality does it have?
DS Dashboard provides a comprehensive functionality to support any operations with digital securities both for Business (Issuer) and Investors, including Identity Verification, Securities Offerings (STO), Dividend Payout and Transaction Verification. The Dashboard supports all types of securities, including shares, bonds, revenue share certificates, fund units, etc.
While Investors can register an account with DS Dashboard, Business (Issuers) are subject to the process of tokenization and digital assets consulting along with legal management before they can set up an Issuer account in DS Dashboard and have it installed and fully customized for their specific needs.
See V2 Functionality List for details
What technology stack is used?
DS Dashboard utilizes both decentralized and centralized technology stacks to take the best of both worlds. The decentralized blockchain-based infrastructure serves as a securities ownership and transaction registry, whereas the centralized one contains sensitive personal data and provides user-friendly access to the functionality. *Please note that Stobox strictly complies with the GDPR and clause 17-16-1601 (c) of Article 16 of the Wyoming Business Corporation Act.

Is DS Dashboard a crowdfunding platform?
It definitely isn’t, since, first of all, crowdfunding platforms cannot trade securities. DS Dashboard is our own white-label SaaS product. Unlike a crowdfunding platform where all issuers and investors meet in one space, the Business sets up its own Dashboard with a separate login page. It sells and manages the companies’ securities inside its own environment. Investors have their own login page, and reach the Business via their own listing website to investigate and invest. Alternatively, Investors have their own login page to reach the Business' security token offering details, investigate it, and submit their request to buy some securities.
How can businesses benefit from DS Dashboard?
DS Dashboard is actually a fundraising tool and it can be integrated into any existing business website. The button “Invest” or “Register” will appear on top of the Company’s website allowing users to proceed to the investment environment. The Business can also customize their Dashboard. This applies to the User Interface, i.e. colours and logos to fit the Company’s corporate style, translate or otherwise change the text on the Dashboard, and add custom functionality.
Do businesses require licenses to run DS Dashboard?
Offering your own securities is regulated but does not require you to hold a financial license. However, businesses may use the DS Dashboard to sell securities of other companies as a licensed financial intermediary as well.
What kind of users DS Dashboard is destined for?
Basically, two kinds of users can use DS Dashboard – Issuers (Business) and Investors. While Investors can be located anywhere in the world and be persons with different stories, income and work and education background, Issuers are defined as selected businesses among, but not limited to, Capital Intensive Projects (e.g. film industry, manufacturing), Real Estate Developers, Investment Funds, and Startups.
