Stobox Exchange

Stobox Exchange is a centralized crypto exchange registered on BVI and is fully compliant with the international KYC/AML regulations.

I entered the correct code from my Google Authenticator, but Exchange has an error (SaveBruteforceGAuth:implement me).

Please reinstall your Google Authenticator app and try again.
You can also use the Google Authenticator add-on for your browser.

I forgot my password

For the Exchange, you do not have to set a password because each time you enter the Exchange, the system sends a confirmation code to your registered email address.
Note: 2FA code is also requested if you have 2FA enabled.

I can't withdraw my balance from the Exchange

Please see the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have enough balance to pay the withdrawal fee.
  2. Make sure to wait until the transaction receives 12 confirmations in the Etherscan.

If you still have not received the withdrawal or do not see your transaction in the Etherscan, please contact us via any of the messengers, contact form or email and provide us with your wallet address and the email address which is registered on the Exchange.
The Team will investigate the case and advise accordingly.

I changed my mind and want to deposit with another currency, can you refund me?

We are sorry, but transactions on blockchain are not reversible, and no one can stop them, refund or cancel. You will have to wait until your transaction has the necessary number of confirmations and send it back to your wallet or use this currency.
You can check your transaction in Etherscan by entering your wallet address.

I accidentally put the wrong address and sent my tokens somewhere else. Help!

We are really sorry, but transactions on blockchain are not reversible, and no one can stop them, refund or cancel, so we cannot help you in this case.
To avoid this in the future please double-check the address and the amount for your transaction.

I did not receive my deposit. Can you help?

If you made a deposit and cannot see it in your Exchange wallet after half an hour, please check the below options:

  1. Was your MetaMask (or any other local wallet) balance sufficient for transactions taking into account Gas price?
  2. Did you copy the correct deposit address?
  3. Did your transaction receive the necessary number of confirmations?
  4. Is there any error in the Etherscan regarding your transaction?

If you still have not received the deposit to your exchange account, please contact our Support Team and make sure to use your registered email address and send your Exchange wallet address so we could check everything.

I can't trade. I try to place an order but it doesn't display on the Exchange.

Please make sure that you don't have any open Limit orders for your total amount.
You can see it under All orders in the Trading section.
If there are any Limit orders, cancel them all or some of them to be able to trade and place new orders again.
