Is it safe to invest in security tokens via Stobox DS Dashboard?
Stobox is fully compliant with AML and KYC/KYB policies established by FATF to avoid money laundering and terrorism financing. Hence you are secured from any legal precedents. All deals are recorded in the blockchain, a global system of recording information that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack or cheat the system. A blockchain is essentially a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer systems on the blockchain.

How can we make sure that the companies in the DS Dashboard are real legit businesses?
DS Dashboard is our own SaaS product; it is not an ordinary website. In order to onboard the company, we work hard to verify it, learn their business and their requirements for tokenization. The company can then customize their page on the DS Dashboard and have its own terms and conditions for token holders different from our own. Hence it is simply impossible that someone would try to get into our Dashboard without being noticed as some illegal entity.
What are the steps to invest in some company's security tokens via DS Dashboard?
- Look through the list of the available STOs.
- Register with the selected Company DS Dashboard
- Verify your identity by passing the KYC procedure
- Examine the Company’s documents (Pitch, Offering Memorandum, and other corporate documents) and select the investment opportunity you wish to invest in.
- Click Buy Tokens on the Company’s Dashboard
- Read and E-Sign the Agreement [should be signed with your first and last name in CAPS].
- Choose an appropriate payment method among available options and proceed with the payment.
Note that some payment methods require up to a few business days to be processed, e.g. wire transfer. - Once the payment is received successfully on the Company end, you will receive the corresponding number of tokens to your DS Dashboard account.
Can I delete the account?
The answer to this question depends on whether or not you bought any securities via Stobox DS Dashboard.
If you have never bought any securities, you can delete your account at any time by going to Settings – Account Settings – Deleting your account.
Important note
Please note that after deleting the account, we will keep certain information (e.g. financial operations data) about you for the terms in volume and purpose prescribed by the GDPR and clause 17-16-1601 (c) of Article 16 of the Wyoming Business Corporation Act.
If you bought any securities at any moment, your account cannot be deleted.
